The HS-Group has many years of experience with a range of different vacuum coating technologies. They are used to specifically alter the optical, electrical, or mechanical properties of surfaces in order to achieve desired functional characteristics. Depending on the application, various methods are employed.

These include magnetron sputtering, boat evaporation, ion beam and thermal evaporation, as well as plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). Additionally, we offer technologies such as resistance heating and plasma pretreatment that optimally prepare the surfaces to ensure adhesion and coating quality in subsequent coating processes.
